A bit about me...

I am 37yrs, male. Originally from Wales, now living in Ilfracombe, Devon. I currently work on a CCG funded strategy and transformation project that aims to better connect the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE), within Devon's Integrated Care System, to support hospital discharge and admission avoidance. My role is Communities Support & Development Manager. Previously, I used to work in education (Outdoor, Secondary and SEND) and have trained and practiced as a yoga therapist. I have an eight week old baby boy, live with my fiancée and have recently completed a MSc (conversion) in Psychology. My hope is that the work I do will help tackle health inequalities and create a brighter, more sustainable future for all.
